Unplugged Billy Joel Tribute Show at the Locust Valley Library, 170 Buckram Rd., Locust Valley, on Sunday, Feb. 28, at 2 p.m. Join in for an outstanding musical event with the Cold Spring Harbor Band presenting songs from Billy Joel’s first album, Cold Spring Harbor, accompanied by a photo slide show.
